The major flaw with this rain jacket is that it doesn’t zip up around your neck. Therefore likely that the rain will go in through this opening down into your clothes, therefore not rendering it completely waterproof. I got it reduced to £12 so might just live with this. But disappointing all the same.
Perfect for hiking, nice and light and compact when folded into it's own pocket.
Good quality. Bought as a gift but perfect for what it was purchased for.
The jacket is definitely waterproof and windproof, not breathable. And i hate the velcro fastening pockets, water can get into the pockets because the pocket doesn't fully close by the velcro, as the piece of velcro is only 30cm. so there's a big gap, enough for water to get in and i hate the orange draw string for hood. why not just use green to match the camo/.?
Have used this three times in hellish weather . 100% waterproof . Rain beads off perfectly.
Packs small into the stuff sack built into the jacket so ideal for hiking'bushcraft etc really good price and provides up to 2hrs rain protection and it works well you won't beat this on price and great value for money

Die Jacke nimmt nicht viel Platz im Rucksack weg; das ist meiner Meinung nach auch der primäre Einsatzzweck mit der dazu gehörigen Hose...als Backup wenn man unterwegs vom Regen überrascht wird. Die Jacke liefert in allen Bereichen gut ab, trotzdem müsste etwas dringend verbessert werden...das sind die Kordelstopper der Kapuze, diese fallen zu klein aus und die Feder ist zu stark um mit nassen Fingern den nassen Kordelstopper bedienen zu können.
