Very good grip and enough thickness.
Great quality mat at really good price
comes with it's own carrying strap, and seems to be quite durable , so hopefully it will last longer than my old one ( I got from ebay )

Even though the price and the weight is on higher side the yoga mat is best in quality and is worth buying

I have been using the mat on a regular basis for the past several months and there is no sign of wear or tear. Highly recommended to everyone who had to often keep changing their 'flaky' mats.

Neat n clean mate. With a good grip. Size is adequate.
Am using this Yoga mat since 3 months, It gives you good grip and comfort at the same time. Only thing that i felt that can add more benefit for customer is Yoga mat’s markings, which are not very visible. that can be a bit darker or of Different color which can be visible clearly when you are practicing yoga

Choosing your yoga mat
- Do you have a gentle yoga practice (hatha, restorative, prenatal, nidra, etc.)? Transitions are slower and poses are less physically intense.A mat between 5 and 8 mm thick will provide enough cushioning for your cervical spine and joints.- Do you do dynamic yoga (Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, hot yoga, Bikram, etc.)? Transitions are fast and the intensity is high. A mat up to 5 mm thick will give you better grip and stability for balance.
Caring for your mat
After practising, use our essential oil spray to freshen your mat. To clean your mat, wipe down with warm soapy water and allow to air dry before rolling up.
