As a personal trainer, I recommend all my pt client to buy this for their self trigger point therapy. However for future batch hopefully will be in darker colour. The current one will look dirty after rigourous use. IMHO

The product is very helpful to me as an athlete who suffers from a severe lower Back pain due to sciatica nerve. It helps me a lot because i can already massage my lower back easily and effectively because of the massage ball.
