Mat that I recut to exact dimensions to place under an exercise bike. It protects the floor and eliminates any vibration, which is what I expected.
Good product, could have a little more dimensions but does what it intended. I'm using it as a base for a box.
Great mat, perfectly soundproofed, protects the panels. Mat used under the treadmill. I recommend this product :)
Along with the saddle cover, the carpet is also essential!
