Perfect for me for hiking as i have knee tendonitis. if you’ve larger frame knees they may not fit.

The strap are awesome as in i hardly feel something engaging at the knee unlike some other knee support whereby you can feel it hindered more as you run. It also has very good support as i can tighten or loosen it a little to gauge the strength of the support i want. Two thumbs up

Yes this knee support is designed to give you freedom of movement while playing sports
Just injured my knees on a recent game of basketball. This knee guard help to keep the joint in place. Improvement for this guard design is to have a longer strap and more comfortable material for the strap . Recommend this short usage , long time usage tend to have abrasion on the skin

Instant relief for my tendonitis. Velcro could be better, however this is great value for money.
Back strap should be longer and inner material should not be abrasive

This item is well designed and compact. Materials is good quality. However, not sure how it is useful as a knee guard. Used it for hiit exercise and running. Think its designed for low impact activities.

What is patellar tendinitis?
It is the most common kind of tendinitis of the knee. Sufferers will feel pain at the front of the kneecap or the bottom of the tibial tuberosity. It is common in sports that involve running, pivoting, pushing off and jumping.
