Not rubber on sandals. Can not walk for long feet start to pain. Have to put more rubber underneath the sandle and bit more soul on top of sandle

Was looking for a pair of sandals for driving abroad in ,then a bit of cycling ,dog walking and a stroll to the bar in the evenings.didnt want to pay a fortune for a pair for holiday. These seem to fit the bill perfect. Lightweight and sturdy They have a sort of toe gaurd lip thing that help stop stones getting in. Can even squash the back down and use them as sliders.
Fit would have been perfect if the rear strap was adjustable.
This is a replacement for the pair I have worn almost daily for the last 4 years! Superb
Bought these last summer and as yet no sign of wear. What people want for £12.99 I don't know. Being 6ft 8 ins tall, shops charge £50.00 I have no complaints.
These are rubbish - very uncomfortable, paper-thin soles, straps showing signs of wear very quickly. Probably walked about 50 miles in them over the course of two weeks and I’m going to throw them in the bin. Mountain warehouse cheapies are much better. Serves me right for being a cheapskate, will go back to Merrells again and get VFM.
Nice for the hot weather
They pinch the top of my feet a little, without the back part being adjustable all the adjustment when tightening is there at the top of the foot and after a few miles get painful.

These sandals are comfortable and light. They feel slightly cheap which reflects the price but great for everyday wear.
I've been using these for a few months in Thailand, daily use, they still look new, no splitting or wear signs so far. I thought I'd try these after by Tevas broke only after 6 months and cost far more

Designed for use on off-road trails
Our walking sandals are designed for use on off-road trails. We select and test the elements of our soles to ensure that they are ideally suited to walking on loose trails (e.g. unpaved forest paths) or rocky trails (e.g. rocky, coastal paths). Road use (asphalt) may lead to the premature wearing of your soles. We advise against using them on mountain trails with lots of hills and descents.

It is in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that our design team imagined, thought up and designed Quechua products. We test them on the terrain with other walkers to make sure they perform as they should in terms of comfort and resistance. From the forest of Fontainebleau, to Brittany, for example... We ventured out onto as many trails as possible, in all weather conditions. It was highly beneficial for us, allowing us to hear your feedback and start thinking about our future collections!
