Bought a pair of these 3.5 years ago. Still going strong. I use them for walking my dog, very comfortable and warm.
Really well made and comfortable boots
Sole is a little flimsy . ..otherwise a comfy Wellington
Bought 10 months ago and little use through the summer months. I reckon they’ve covered about 200 miles in total... not actually excessive considering. The soles of both boots have split in the same place (inside near the middle - where they bend.) Both now leak. Not recommended if you’re putting in some miles (dog walker).
I am sorry that you have had a problem with the Glenarm 300 wellies. The Glenarm 300 welly is really not designed for the type of use that you have used it for, it's designed as a lightweight warm shootig welly, for standing on the peg on drivern shoot.
The boot that I would recommend for what you are doing, is the 500 Neoprene wellies - 8494287. These boots have a 5mm deep lugged sole with the comfort system and 4mm neoprene lining, these are also made from rubber not plastic.
If you would like to return to the store where you purchased your wlellies, with your receipt, we will gladly exchange the price of the glenarm 300 boots towards the SGW500 neoprene wellies.
I wore them in total less than 6 month (I bought them a year ago) and: -they're not waterproof anymore - the fur inside is holey and I cant take my foot off the wellies as my heel gets stuck in this hole. Im french and quite like Decathlon, usually very happy with their products but very disappointed by this one!...
Purchased as a gift for family member who has interests in outdoor activities. Says they fit well and are warm which is a real bonus.
Great wellies for muddy walks. Great value and comfortable too. Warm fluffy inside lining makes it to mould to your feet.
I bought this for my husband as he is outdoors quite a bit in the autumn/winter and I read reviews that this was lined nicely and very warm. These are indeed true, but I could barely get my own leg into it and there is no way my husband's calves will fit. It's a real shame as they are indeed warm and fluffy.
Thanks for the message and apologies for the sizing problems that you have experienced with the boots. Sometimes our products come up slightly small compared to the average UK size as they are based on the EU average, sorry about that. If you could return the boots to your closest store or via the online process for a refund or exchange, I would be grateful.
Apologies for the inconvenience,
So far so good - nice and warm and waterproof. Used whilst fishing in winter and does what I expect. Good value compared to other makes
Bought these boots for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves them. They fit really well and his feet are toasty warm when he goes out with the dog on long walks.
Great boots use mine a lot for fishing and dog walking
Very happy with these wellingtons they are warm and comfortable, I wear them twice a day walking the dogs,an hour and half to two hours in the morning and an hour in the evening they seem to be hard wearing.
