Product Customer Reviews

Je l’utilise comme manteau de pluie! Parfait!!
Great product
Bought just as the U.K. entered the longest heatwave since 1976 so hasn’t been tested yet, but it fits my son well and he likes the design. My daughter has had a female equivalent product for the last few years and it’s been excellent, far more waterproof than your average lightweight cagoule. It’s a good halfway house between pocket-sized rainwear and bulky oilskins.
Excellent price and prouduct
excellent
I recommend not buying this even for occasional use, I was in the rain, steady but not heavy, for 90 mins and both arms were wet, body remained dry. Whether it's a faulty batch I don't know as reviews are good but for it to affect both arms suggests a bigger problem. Looks good and good price but an oilskin needs to be waterproof! I've bought a 'warm' version too but I'm wary of Decathlon's claims over waterproofing now, it was a very uncomfortable afternoon!
I bought this to wear when riding my horse, covering waterproof and hi-vis in one. Excellent but would prefer a two-way zip.
I actually bought it for my wife as a cheap packable jacket and she quite likes it as it better styled than most.
Bought this jacket when I seen it in store as the quality looked excellent for the price. I got this jacket for some walks in the poor weather and some hilwalking as I like a light jacket when walking. I couldn't recommend this jacket highly enough, excellent water resistance and breathability. I would class this jacket up there with the big name manufacturers costing 5 times the price.
Great performance - fair price
Bought as Son needed a new light, waterproof and breathable jacket for school, which didn't look like a "kids" jacket and this fitted the bill! I like it so much, planning on getting one for myself, different colour so as not to upset my Son!!
Bought as I needed a lightweight waterproof jacket, so far found to be very good when caught in a recent downpour. Vert comfortable to wear, easy to pack if you need to carry around in a backpack. Good value for the money spent
Great value and excellent quality, keeps the rain out and the warmth inside.
Great as a jacket for spring/autumn in rainy weather. Looks great and great fit.
I bought this for my boyfriend as we were going on a camping trip he loved it and now wears it for everyday use.

How to reactivate the jacket's water-repellency step 1: before washing
Close all zippers and flaps and remove any parts of the garment that cannot be washed. Also remember to loosen the straps and elastic parts and empty the pockets. Then turn the garment inside out to wash it.
How to reactivate the jacket's water-repellency step 2: washing
You can wash your jacket on a synthetic cycle at 86°F or 104°F with your usual detergent. Do not use fabric softener, which could damage the existing performance of the garment, or bleach. Also take care not to bend your jacket too much when you place it in the washing machine and do not overload your machine. Very important: select a thorough rinse or double rinse to completely remove all detergent residue.
How to reactivate the jacket's water-repellency step 3: drying
Drying is a crucial phase in reactivating the water-repellent treatment. We recommend that you lay your jacket flat on a clothes rack and leave it out to dry in the open. Caution: never dry your jacket directly on a radiator. Then place it in the tumble dryer on a short synthetics cycle, i.e. 10 to 15 minutes, before turning it back the right way around. Caution: do not overdry the garment.
How to reactivate the jacket's water-repellency
If, despite this procedure of washing and thorough rinsing followed by gentle drying in a tumble dryer, the drops of water no longer run off the surface of your jacket, we recommend that you "re-waterproof" it using a waterproofing spray.
Score to compare the environmental impact of products
The environmental impact of the product is calculated over its entire lifecycle and with different indicators. An overall score (ABCDE) is attributed to help you easily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type with one another (T-shirts, pants, backpacks, etc.).
