Broke on the first 5th lift

I got the L size and I am 34 waste. The crouch area ripped apart on my 1st day skiing and on my 5th day It ripped so bad I had to throw it away

nice.

ordered size upward (all their stuff seems to run small) good feel to these pants

Ski Tousers

Good quality but the 2 xl was very small. Had to return.

Good Value

Toasty warm and well made. A good length for my legs. Possibly snug if a thick pair of thermals were worn underneath. For the price, well worth it.

Easily survived a week in the Andorran mountains!

Great value and more than tough enough to survive a weeks holiday and a few falls.

As good as others that are double the price

I bought them for myself (a woman) and they fit perfectly even though they are technically men’s trousers. I’ve been wearing them for 3 days and not once I’ve felt cold (and it’s been as low as -7 with lots of wind and I was not moving whilst queuing on the chairlift). Other people in my group are wearing posher brands and are complaining of wet bums and cold legs. Not once for me! Buy confidently.

Decathlon quality and value

Got these for my son, good quality and excellent value as ever from Decathlon

Size runs small

I ordered these, as well as some women's salopettes and 2 pairs of gloves, all by Wed'ze, and all had to be returned as the sizes were too small. I would advise anyone buying Wed'ze to get a size up from what you would normally get. Haven't yet tested the product in the snow so can't review that as yet.

A nice pair of ski trousers

They kept me warm in temperatures below -15, even without a thermal base layer on. They were not at all restrictive. The only complaint is that they seem to be sized quite small. I had an xl, where many of my clothes might be M or L. They were not too long for me and I am 175cm tall.

PERFECT

Ii was a beginner so i spent lots of time sitting and picking myself up... And it didn't let me down. Waterproof and warm, i have no faults to find with this product.

Good value

This are not just pants, it is a ski equipment. I change from ski pants to this.

Good product

How can i be sure my jacket will give me proper protection in bad weather?

The 150 pants were developed with a sophisticated component and assembly to prevent water from entering and reduce wind-chill in order to cope with bad weather (rain, snow, wind, etc.). To check that they are waterproof, these pants were placed in a special shower reproducing the conditions a skier has to cope with. We approved this product's waterproofing by skiing in different conditions for several days.

What's the point of having water-repellent pants?

The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without seeping in. The 150 pants are equipped with water-repellent components that prolong their resistance to bad weather. This high-tech solution will keep you dry for longer on the ski slopes. For it to remain effective, you must repeat this treatment regularly using the products sold in our stores.

"coated" pants: what are the advantages of this coating?

The coating is a waterproofing material spread over the inner surface of a fabric. It prevents water from seeping into the garment but allows the water vapor produced by an active body to escape. So you stay dry and feel more comfortable while practicing your sport.

Water often gets in through the seams. do my pants have taped seams?

In addition to the waterproof material, the waterproofing of the pants is enhanced with taped seams. These are waterproof adhesive strips taped to the inside seams of the garment to make it perfectly watertight. These taped seams are present on the areas most exposed to snow, i.e., the seat in general.

How do my ski pants keep me warm?

We use padding for insulation to help keep you warm. This polyester-based synthetic material traps air, the quantity of which will depend on the size of the fibers. Padding can be standard, high-tech or siliconized, each with different properties: warmth, low weight, elasticity, etc. All the padding materials that we use are made with recycled materials – usually plastic bottles.

What are "breathable" pants?

It is a product that eliminates the water vapor produced by the physically active body, keeping you dry. To measure the breathability of a fabric, we measure its resistance to evaporative heat, called RET, with a standardized ISO 11092 test. The lower the RET, the more breathable the fabric. Wed'ze uses high-tech materials and solutions (zippers, ventilation, mesh) that help prevent condensation inside the garment. RET of the 150 pants < 12

How should i dress to avoid having cold legs on the slopes?

To keep your legs warm and dry: wear 2 breathable layers, e.g. a ski base layer or a pair of ski tights to retain warmth and ski pants to protect you from the weather conditions.

How can i prevent snow from getting into my pants?

Our pants have elasticated gaiters at the bottom that cover the shoes. If you fall or come into contact with fresh snow, the seal created by the gaiter keeps the snow out.

How can i be sure my pants are strong enough?

We know how much energy is expended during a day's skiing. That’s why we take particular care in choosing all the elements that make up our products to guarantee the best possible protection.

Can i compare the environmental impact of the different products?

The product's environmental footprint is calculated for its entire life and with various indicators. A score from A to E is given to easily identify the most eco-friendly products by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, pants, backpacks). For Decathlon, this initiative to display environmental data is a priority.

Washing instructions for ski clothing

To optimize the performance and durability of your pants, we recommend the following: Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn inside out. Use a small amount of detergent. No softener. Wring out manually. Dry on a hanger in a warm, well-ventilated place. Do not dry-clean. Do not place on a radiator. You can restore the waterproofing the outer fabric using a waterproof spray for fabrics. Read the care instructions.

Product testing

All Wed'ze products are designed and developed in the Mont Blanc Valley. They are then tested under the same real-life conditions of use that you will experience: snow, cold, powder snow, etc. The design teams ensure that the program for which the product has been designed and developed corresponds perfectly to its use in the field.

Storage instructions

Store preferably on a hanger and do not fold, as this can damage the fabric coating. Dry thoroughly before storing in a dry and well-ventilated place.
