This middle layer is overall quite good for the price and has a proper fit. However it was described as "very warm" while in my opinion is only average from this point of view. Other middle layers with similar weight are definitely warmer.

Bought this for my son who went to Italy snowboarding with schools , fit was perfect allowing lots of movement , lovely feel to material and don says they kept him really warm when freezing and used as a zipper when son was out and temp higher
Only used this on an indoor slope, but it was warm and didn't restrict movement without being too loose.
I bought this top for running as it’s lightweight and has thumb holes on the sleeves. So far I’m very pleased and for £10 in the sale you can’t go wrong!

Bought for use in snozone castleford on indoor snow at 5deg C. Kept me lovely and warm, comfortable and padded for a full day of snowboarding. Didn't smell much after 7 and half hours, seems to have washed well! I am 6ft, 44" chest (I think) and got a L. Not too bulky so you can easily pack it up too. Not the best for ventilation but wasn't terrible and can always be zipped down.
Very happy with product at the price. After a few uses and washes the material does seem to be starting to bobble - but can't expect too much for the cost

Luckily I walked past the Ski section on the way to the hiking section. I now use this as my hiking mid layer. Styling/colour matching is great. Wonderful attention to detail eg. where the inside cuffs of the grey/red one is red. Lovely soft material. i don't feel sticky in it climbing up a hill for an hour. I'm not going to be climbing Everest, just the lake district. Cant see why I would ever need anything else to be honest.
A good all-rounder. I use it for cycling. Boyfriend is super fussy and he requested another. Bought another for the in-law for xmas, he also likes it.

This liner jacket has a unique combination of components differentiating the areas sensitive to the cold and sweat areas. The mid warm 500 ski base layer guarantees to keep areas sensitive to the cold warm thanks to a wool-based component (20 %).

Fit adapted to the requirements of skiers and snowboarders The long cut of the back, wool-based (20%) to keep the kidney area (area very sensitive to the cold) warm when skiing or snowboarding. The high collar, slim fitting around the neck and the cuffs at the end of sleeves with thumb holes designed to be worn with ski gloves. Prevent cold air from getting in.
Perspiration wicking
Across areas of sweating (back, under arms) and which are not as affected by the cold (arms) a component will ensure you stay dry throughout the day spent skiing. The lit up ski base layer fastening can be adjusted to monitor sweat for greater ventilation when it is hot.
Secure pockets
Two secure pockets allow you to store personal items. The zip fasteners on pockets were designed to be opened with ski gloves, perfect on ski slopes.
