I wanted to write a review strictly about the sizing of the shoe. I normally wear an 11 or 11.5 depending on the sizing of the shoe. I have wider feet, but normally the "D" width is fine. I decided to order these in a size 12 because the site said that they run small. The shoes are actually true to length, but are narrow in the toe box. Even though I can feel some extra space between my toes and the front of the shoe, my foot feels secure. This shoe strikes me as a knock-off of the Nike Vapor, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Tennis footwear

Great value for money would recommend these shoes to anyone.

Heavy, didnt fit tight either, great design/colors

I was thrilled with the cheaper model that was light and really tight around my foot, but those ones were no good, and not ideal for tennis. I would return them if I hadn’t had to try them a couple of times .. on clay

TS590 Multicourt Tennis Shoes

Well made but pinch across big toe. If they fit well, a good product.

Thank you for your feedback.

You can get a refund or a return for sure.

We have our 900 series which can be a good

option to study (I am using them every week and

I am really happy).

Worthless Product

Used this shoes for quite a while and got severe ankle Pain.. I request Artengo to make good quality shoes and pls don't sell the old products coz we are not able to find the Date of Manufacturing. I think I have a old product, even that might be the reason for ankle pain coz every product has a Shell Life.. Bottom has good grip, cushioning is hard and upper part of the shoe got worn out after couple of months.. I really don't know what's the use in giving 2 years warranty.. Humble request is to Manufacture good Product and also please mention the date of Manufacture so that as a customer we will decide whether to buy the product..Thank U

Good evening

Our target is to make sure you are satisfied.

So please ask for a return and try to invest in one more technical shoes

(our 900 series).

I am playing with these models and I am happy with the comfort.

Then, we will share this review with our design team for sure.

I have visited several Decathlon websites as we sell in 50 countries.

We have 115 reviews in one of our western countries with an average

rating of 4,35/5.

Best regards.

Bit hard on feet

In the initial days of use, it was a very hard surface, and cautioning is not that great. Sole is very good at the grip.

Wore Off In A Month

The shoe has started to tear near toe within a month of purchase. The product quality is bad and the customer service of decathlon is getting worse day by day. I was expecting a "No Questions asked" refund or atleast a replacement as the product started to wear off in a month.

Good afternoon

Thank you sharing your opinion.

We propose a 2 years return policy.

So by presenting this email to the store team, you will

get a refund or a return. If you have trouble, ask for the daily manager

or the store leader and if it is not enough please share store name with me.

Can I suggest to request for a return and try a more technical model?

Our 500 series is for users who play decently but we have shoes which

secure a better compromise in terms of quality and comfort.

Best regards.
