Professional should go for it. It does the purpose.
Hooked a monster the other day and this reel did not disappoint! Very reliable and smooth drag, remember to wash it well after taking it to the beach. Needs good maintenance and grease to work well. Reel shows mild signs of rusting under the handle but not a big problem so far.
Reel is not smooth waste of money if you buy this reel..

lo tengo desde hace 16 meses., en ese tiempo lo use no mas de 10 dias, pues prefiero otros carretes. ayer haciendo el mantenimiento y en vistas de usarlo este invierno al ir apretar la rosca contraria a la manivela se rompió separándose el metal del plástico. he quedado con el encargado de pesca en ferrol de pasar por la tienda con el carrete pues al igual tenían un recambio. realmente no me parece normal que se rompa así, sin apenas uso. Espero no tener que tirarlo después de una decena de días de pesca y poco más de un año de antiguedad.

Como bien dices en tu comentario, te recomiendo pasarte por tu tienda más cercana para que podamos valorar el carrete y aplicar la garantía del mismo si corresponde.
