Bon produit, a été utilisé une semaine au ski, pas eu froid (ce n'était pas non plus des conditions extrêmes)

Très satisfait de ce produit qui a bien rempli ses fonctions au cours de cette saison de ski.
L’utilisation du système de scratch est une mauvaise idée car avec la neige et le froid au bout de 30min il ne se colle plus et comme la languette est longue cela devient très compliqué. j’ai du racheter une paire de gant à mon fils en plein séjour au prix fort station de ski.

Vraiment désolé que ce problème vous ai causé de si grand tords. Bien sur, vous pouvez ramener le produit en magasin contre remboursement.
Pour expliquer quand même pourquoi nous avons validé cette moufle en état, je tiens à préciser que la majorité de nos tests ont été fait avec nos vestes de snowboard qui ont des manches longues et des passe pouces, ce qui empêche la manche de remonter et donc, le problème n'est pas du tout apparu. Je le découvre avec votre avis.
Maintenant, ce long scratch est également une nécessité lié à la norme de protection poignet qui impose 3 choses
_ limitation de l'angle max du poignet (c'est la plaque plastique qui empêche de tomber avec le poignet à 90° - choc maximal)
_ limitation de la force de l'impact avec des mousses amortissantes sur la paume
_ limitations forte des mouvement des ces mousses et de cette plaque sur le poignet de l'enfant : il faut que tout reste en place si on veut que la protection soit maximale. Cette sangle épaisse, large et longue, est absolument nécessaire pour respecter la norme. Nous ne pouvons pas s'en passer.
Mais effectivement, scratch + neige, on le sait, ce n'est pas top. Mais on a conçu cette moufle avec nos vêtement de snowboard, pour la la pratique du snowboard, et nous avions l'obsession d'interdire la neige de rentrer (cou, poignet, dos) et de refroidir l'enfant. Et l'ensemble fonctionne très bien.
Je ne pense pas que cette réponse vous satisfasse, vous aimeriez que cette moufle fonctionne avec toutes les vestes, je comprend, mais je reste très fier de proposer une vraie protection poignet pour les petits snowboardeurs, même si c'est vrai que pour en profiter pleinement, une veste assez longue, avec des passes pouces reste le top pour cette moufle, mais aussi pour la pratique du snowboard.

les enfants, 8 et 10 ans ont apprécié le confort des moufles et la sécurité, ils mettaient leurs gants de "chevalier".

Wrist protection
When snowboarding, a so-called ”torus” fracture is one of the injuries that occurs frequently in kids. Although you recover well and fairly quickly, it's still a fracture. To significantly reduce this risk, this mitten was designed and tested according to a protocol resulting from the EN 14120 standard, on 3 important points in particular:1. cushioning at the palm2. limited wrist extension angle3. extremely good support on the hand and wrist thanks to the mitten and wrist guard combination.
Why is the wrist guard not removable?
There are 3 reasons for this:1. The foam in the palm of the hand and the wrist reinforcement plate will be correctly positioned2. you can't lose or forget the wrist guard. For kids AND parents, this seemed really worthwhile to us.3. and therefore very reassuring: if a kid is wearing their mittens, they will be protected.
Over or under the jacket sleeve?
For these mittens, we deliberately put the sleeve of the jacket over the mittens.It is long to protect the wrist and narrow so that the sleeve fits easily over it.
How can you avoid losing your gloves on the chairlift?
There is an elastic strap for removing your gloves on ski lifts without any risk of losing them.
How to be certain that gloves/mittens are waterproof
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its ability for water to form on the surface without being absorbed because of a treatment applied to the outer surface of the fabric. The fabric does not soak up water and stays light and warm. This treatment must be renewed during the life of the product, after 2 to 3 washes on average, using products available in our stores.
