Nach dem ersten Waschen haben sich gleich an 2 Stellen die Fäden gelöst, mit denen das Handtuch am Rand eingefasst ist. Schade.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass du unzufrieden mit der Qualität bist. Das darf natürlich nicht passieren. Leider musst du ein fehlerhaftes Exemplar erhalten haben.
Selbstverständlich kannst du das Handtuch in einer Filiale in deiner Nähe zurückgeben, oder es an den Onlineshop retournieren.
