The Anti-Theft device fell to the ground while driving and the Plastic is broken
Good value for money
With the purchase of our two electric bikes from your brand, we have, on the advice of Decathlon salespeople, taken the top of the range in terms of anti-theft. Last Sunday, after a visit to the city, we only found one of our bikes where they were stored (in front of the prefecture under the cameras and in the presence of two gendarmes on duty, which says a lot on the difficulty of cutting the cable). Our U-lock was on the ground and the cable cut like a common piece of string... I made up my mind about the anti-theft system, much less so for my bike... stolen!!!!

Functional anti-theft device, which fulfills its functions well. Maybe a little small to be able to take the frame and a fixed element at all times and all places but you can't have everything and I prefer its compact format.
A solid and modular U with its cable.
The lock is sturdy, and the cable is also very practical. Sometimes I screw up a bit with the lock button, otherwise it's fine
The U is a little small and does not fit all bike parking pads. An additional anti-theft device is definitely necessary.
Good product for use.
Looks very solid, chosen because it is FUB 2 wheel approved. Burglary resistance not tested. Unfortunately I have to return it because I underestimated the size of the handle that I really need... Too bad it doesn't come in a 300mm length.
A bit undersized: you often have to look for the right position and choose: wheel, frame and fixed point, you can't fit everything! The cable would undoubtedly have deserved 50cm more... However, the padlock - not too heavy (phew!) - inspires confidence. The value for money seems very interesting. I therefore recommend despite my small drawbacks. I just hope I never have to test its burglar resistance!
