He probado el rodillo duro y el blando y hay diferencia entre ellos aunque sigue el soft siendo doloroso en aquellas zonas en las que se esta más cargado. Yo lo fabricaría sin el relieve.

Choix par défaut car j'aurais préféré le modèle à picots indisponible. Ceci dit, celui-ci fait le job.
Rouleau qui masse correctement mais manque un peu d'adhérence au contact
Ce rouleau est impossible a utiliser, adolescent comme adultes ne peuvent pas l'utiliser tellement il est dur et les douleurs sont insupportables. Absolument pas tendre du tout.

Ce rouleau de massage est en effet le plus mou que nous ayons, mais ce produit reste un rouleau de massage qui peut être douloureux à l'usage surtout si vos muscles sont tendus.
Le massage avec un rouleau n'est pas agréable sur le moment mais il fait du bien à postériori.
Si vous n'êtes pas satisfaite de votre achat vous pouvez ramener votre rouleau en magasin pour procéder à un remboursement.
