Disappointed with the stringing in…

Disappointed with the rope in this diameter, too dry.

Good balance between comfort and power

String very pleasant to play, thanks in particular to its gauge of 1.2. Good level of power, very correct spin and therefore allows a great compromise for a control-oriented racquet, but also works very well on a pure Aero to make a vitamin combo.

Disappointed

I have roped and played with this rope, very well on the first purchase....on the second purchase, the gauge was thinner and the string was extremely fragile. I am a second series player, I am generally very happy with the Decathlon tennis equipment, clothes and balls I have even just acquired a racket which seems very good

Very happy with the string...

Super happy with the 1.20 string, more speed, a lot of comfort and a resistance that suits me. TOP.

A string that...

A string that has nothing to envy to the big brands...I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product...to try is to adopt it...at least for me...good power and spin, holds the tension relatively well...better than the TA930 spin...and for a fine gauge does not break quickly...

Additional Product Information

Composition

Rope (for climbing): 100.0% Polyester

Which tension is best?

Moderate tension (40 to 50 lbs.) offers more comfort, spin and power. The flip side is that you'll have less control and accuracy.High tension (>50 lbs.) provides greater control and accuracy. It can, however, lead to tendinitis. You will also have less spin and power.

About monofilaments

For monofilament strings, Decathlon recommends a tension of between 42 and 49 lbs. We strongly recommend against using monofilament strings for children under 15 to avoid injury. These strings are best for players who break strings in under 10 hours of play because they quickly lose their tension (20% loss within 3 hours of play).

About multifilaments

For multifilament strings, Decathlon recommends a maximum tension of 55 lbs. These strings are recommended for people who are prone to tendinitis, youngsters, and people who don't break their strings often. Multifilament strings keep their tension very well and stay bouncy longer.

Product testing

Our tests on the products' advantages are performed in the lab: The Resistance test checks the string's resistance to breaking. This test is performed in the lab by the Canon Ball machine and lets us ensure that each cord has a long lifespan. The Strength test is performed in our labs by a Charpy impact test machine. This test verifies the energy absorbed by the product and its capacity to reproduce this speed on the ball.

Storage instructions

avoid extreme temperature changes and any moisture on the string.Do not leave your racket in the trunk of your car: the temperature can rise and fall dramatically!
