I use it in every ride, and it grips very well with the pedals.
I'm pretty happy with this shoe considering the price. It's pretty comfortable to walk in, and neat enough for the work that I do, so I don't need to bring two pairs to work. The cleat mechanism doesn't work as 'cleanly' as proper MTB shoes as the sole is soft rather than ridgid. Just bear this in mind - my cleats are set to almost the lightest setting to accommodate. Also, they are quite a 'warm' shoe in that they don't have lots of ventilation. Otherwise, they ride well and walk well :-)
If you want cleats s d ride to the office these are for you. Warning, they are warmer than they look so your feet may get hot in the summer. I like the lace tidy to stop you getting your laces stuck in the chain and the oversll appearance.
Nice shoes good for riding
Good value comfortable shoe. However If you are using SPD cleats, be careful not to overtighten....the outsole is soft, so the metal cleats embed themselves into the rubber meaning it's very difficult to clip into pedals due to lack of clearance between the cleat and the sole of the shoe. As a result I'm buying a new, different pair for cycling and will be relegating these to spin class use only. A shame as they are very comfortable.
good quality at a great price. Wider than normal cycle shoes therefore more comfortable.
I'm having issues clipping the shoes, it seems that the metal part on the shoes is going to deep in the shoes, and the outer sole seems to prevent it from clipping on the pedal. Am I missing something? Also, I fitted the metal part to the shoes directly without using the metal plate so that might be it. And I am using the Decathlon SPD pedals.

Жалко, че това не е били изрично упоменато във уебсайт, щях да ги добавя към поръчка. А сега излиза, че не можем да ги използваме без да ходя отново до магазин да ги купя и в същото време Декатлон е изпуснал една лесна продажба. Тоест, двете страни имат какво да съжаляват. А иначе обувките изглеждат много добре!
Tyto boty mám už přes rok. Víceméně s je mám na nohou každodenně (najezdily cca 6000km) a nikde žádný problém. Doporučuji.

Als Einsteigerin in das Klicksystem war ich auf der Suche nach günstigen Schuhen. Diese sollten alltagstauglich sein und wie normale Sneaker aussehen. Die Schuhe erfüllen absolut ihren Zweck, sitzen gut und machen auch optisch was her. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.
Toller fester Fahrad Schuhe. Nur zu empfehlen.
Habe mir diese Schuhe zugelegt um das Fahren mit Klickpedalen zu testen. Seitdem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Schuhe sind super Atmungsaktiv, sitzen bequem und die Sohle ist wesentlich steifer als die bei einem "normalen" Sportschuh, was auf den Pedalen aber nur Vorteile mit sich bringt. Anfangs ist das gehen in den Schuhen aufgrund der steifen Sohle gewöhnungsbedürftig, man kommt aber schnell damit zurecht.
die Schuhe haben jetzt schon 350 km hinter sich, kein großer Verschleiß. sind bequem, schön steif, passen sich gut verschiedene Pedalen an und trocken schnell. ich bin sehr zufrieden,vorallem für den Preis.

What pedals are compatible?
When using self-locking pedals, it isn't always easy to find the perfect combination of shoes, cleats, and pedals. That is why we recommend using the following SPD pedals to guarantee optimal locking: - SHIMANO SPD SEMI-AUTO M324 - SHIMANO SPD AUTO M520 These shoes can NOT be used with the current range of B'Twin SPD cleats or pedals, or with ENDURO / FREERIDE clip-on platform pedals (ex: SHIMANO SPD M424).
Tightening: the choice of laces
Easy and efficient, the lace-up fastening makes the shoes lighter (11.5 oz in size 9½). A small elasticated tongue at the top of the laces allows you to store the laces to prevent them from touching the bike chain.
Studs for a good grip
If you do not have self-locking pedals, the semi-rigid sole of the ST100 mountain biking shoes includes studs that ensure a good grip on both platform pedals (classic) and when you put your feet on the ground.
