Great shorts great price
Quality at its best, durable, well fitting and comfortable to wear.
To start with, as Decathlon is a completely new brand here in Australia, I would like to start this review on the subject of the overall quality of Decathlon products. I have worn and abused my previous Decathlon MTB shorts for about 15 years. These were completely worn out, torn, but with not a single defect (e.g. seams, zip) to complain about, as most of the decathlon products I have bought over the last 35 years, after 15 years, there were still going strong but needed a bit of an upgrade :) ). Therefore, I bought a pair of Rockrider 900 MTB Shorts a couple of month ago and I have been very pleased with these (the fabric is stretchy and resist abrasion very efficiently, many low speed falls and no hole or tear to be seen, I whish my skin had the same properties :) ). These shorts seem to be of an identical design, just longer which could be good on colder, rainy days or to wear with knee pads. Note that even with the longer legs, the shorts are still incredibly comfortable and flexible. My only little design critic is the hook closing system at the waist which seems to stretch the fabric and could lead to premature wear. Let's see how it goes and if these shorts can last 15 years of abuse like the previous ones! As usual, you would pay about double for a similar quality product elsewhere.
Shorts are comfortable and correct to size. Price was about right for quality shorts as cheaper ones do not last

The All Mountain Bike Shorts - Black is manufactured with thick, rip resistant material to ensure reliability during unfortunate accidents in the trails. This results in the product being uncomfortable for long rides in the trails especially in Sunny Singapore.

Initially I bought two to try. The pants is easy to wash and dry. No ironing needed. The pants wear well and the waist is adjustable via some Velcro fastening bands at the wide of the pants. The material is very comfortable and stretchable. For cycling purpose stretchable material is important. It does not restrain the Cycling motion. There is also two side pocket for small items and keys. Overall I was so so satisfied that I bought a few more. In total I have five pairs.

Fitting is comfort while cycling, even normal wear for other sports activities as well. Enough pockets (2 side) with lock which will not interrupt while driving or doing other sports activities.

This is one of my favourite mountain biking shorts when I'm doing aggressive mountain biking because the length of this shorts is slightly longer than the Sport Trail 900 MTB Shorts. The extra length is designed to ensure that no skin is exposed when you put on your own mountain biking knee pads. The fabric of the product is made of durable and stretchable fabric for rugged mountain biking.

We, at Rockrider, recommend wearing padded undershorts under your All Mountain MTB shorts. The undershorts fit discreetly under your shorts, and will keep you very comfortable as you ride. The 500 and 900 MTB men's undershorts are compatible with these MTB shorts.

Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the article inside out. Use a minimal amount of laundry detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Line-dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
