Biking gloves

Ordered 2XL online and used the size guide, but when Son tried them on they were too big - changed in-store for L and he says they are fantastic.

Not to thick for a summers ride and saves your hands from scratches on a single trail from vegetation

St 100 gloves

Fantastic! I've been wearing these as my only gloves for everything for 7 months. Bmx track, dirt jumps, pump track, enduro, dh, xc and road riding. Super light and give lots of feedback with absolutely zero bunching due to the 2nd skin design. Of course you have to compromise because if you want light weight you can't have loads of armour and protection. However this also makes them extremely cool which for me is more important than protection. My favourite glove ever!

Terrible quality

I purchased these from the manchester eastland shop. After 1.5hrs of wearing them while riding my bike I noticed the stitching on the fingers had come loose. I email customer service and they didn’t bother replying. I am questioning the rest of the st range now. Maybe it’s all cheap poor quality.

I'm sorry to read that you have an issue with your gloves. The QC team at Rockrider will also receive your review.
Please return them to your local store for a refund or an exchange.

ST 100 Gloves

Good Spring weight gloves. I use these for road cycling in temps of 8 - 12 C. Good palms and ventilation. Just the thing when fingerless gloves are just too cold, but full winter gear is too much !

Nice gloves

No high visibility , thin long fingered gloves available. But these do the job

Smart mtb gloves: 2 press studs

The press studs let you keep the right and left hands together. Why? To hang them on your handlebars so that you can finish packing your hydration backpack. To clip them to our new ST 500 shorts when taking a break. To never have to look for that missing glove out of the wash or in the drawer. Clever, don't you think?

Why wear mountain biking gloves in summer?

MTB gloves are important for your safety all year round. Keeping your hands covered all the way to the fingertips is key to preventing scratches from vegetation, especially in the forest or on singletracks. What's even more important, when you fall, is that your reflex is to put your hands out to cushion yourself. MTB gloves keep your hands from getting scratched and cut. Gloves are also there to dampen vibrations when riding.

A variety of fabrics

Our engineers and designers closely studied the hand's contact points when mountain biking. They have chosen: - a material on the back of the hand that withstands vegetation. - a material on the palm that grips the handlebars well. - silicone bands to grip the brakes (on 3 fingers, because that's all you need to brake). Certain contact points, like the palm, are also padded while others are breathable.

Smartphone compatibility

These ST100 gloves are compatible with your smartphone. You can track your GPS routes, use your apps or take photos at any time with the touchscreen-friendly fabric on the fingertips.

Durable seams

The seams have been specially designed to be more resistant to tearing.

Terry cloth for perspiration

Because mountain bikers perspire as much as tennis players, a small section of the thumb is made of terry cloth. It also comes in handy for runny noses.

Product testing

Our engineers always have real riders test all our products in real conditions. These tests round out our lab tests and let us validate all our products before they hit store shelves.

Storage instructions

Use the 2 press studs to keep them together.
