Good purchase

The product has faded considerably after the first wash (Not used, I generally wash before using any new garment / product). Nevertheless, the fabric is very soft and comfortable. In my opinion it’s worth the price I paid.

Bad material used

They have used very bad material. Not even worth it of 600rs. Quality is so bad and its looking like 2 years old after just a single use.

Started getting loose very quick and fits average

The fit around the main 2 fingers with the fingertip to use on the phone, does not fit so well and still not comfortable using the phone. Rest of the hand is a nice snug fit so lets you use your hands for other things. It started stretching and loosening a bit in my 3rd - 4th wear. Not completely happy with it, just double check what you are wearing it for and try it 2-3 times compare to the other gloves and then buy it.

overview

good value

Really Great

These are really excellent value for money, they are a brilliant addition to the winter armory in the glove department, I can't praise their performance enough. They are a third of the cost of the closest product form other suppliers. I use them for cycling and the extend my biking year, I hate cold hands.

These feel substantial and well made. Bought for winter cycling and skiing so not tried yet. They aren’t as fine as my previous ones but may last longer.

Additional Product Information

Composition

Main fabric

  • 100% Silk

Wrist

  • 98% Polyamide
  • 2% Rubber - Elastodiene

Suitable clothing

The body generates heat during exercise. This is retained thanks to the thermal insulation of the outfit. If you do not have the right clothing, the body will cool down and the blood flow to the hands will drop in order to retain heat in the central core. So, to keep your hands comfortable, you need the right gloves and clothing. If in doubt, take a pair of hiking gloves that are slightly too big rather than too small.

Added warmth of the liner gloves = 5°f

When worn under your gloves, our Forclaz silk liner gloves provide an extra 5°F on average.

How is the temperature rating measured?

All our gloves are laboratory tested using a thermal hand to determine the level of warmth as well as the minimum temperature ratings. The temperature ratings (recommended and limit) are based on a study carried out by a panel of 23 testers walking in temperatures ranging from 41°C to -4°F and a 6 mph wind. These temperatures are only valid in walking situations.

Dexterity of the liner glove

The dexterity of a glove is its ability to manipulate objects. Our gloves have been rated in the lab on a scale of 1 to 5. The closer the glove's dexterity rating gets to 5, the more the glove can handle objects like a bare hand. In particular, we tested how easy it is to get your jacket on and unfasten it with these liner gloves

Our design team is based at the foot of the Mont-Blanc, in Haute-Savoie (France). All year round, our designers create and develop products that are appealing, simple and technologically advanced. These are then ruthlessly tested in the field because we believe that the only way to continually improve our products is to test them under the real-life conditions that you will experience.
