Poor fit and cannot use
the fit was totally wrong after shrinking the guard with hot water. not possible to fit teeth into the groove and was very uncomfortable. I think you need to improve on the design of the guard.

Cheap and cheerful!
It does the job but if your going to use it on a regular basis or for long periods of time I’d recommend investing in a proper dentist fit gum shield! It’s fine if your on the mats at a karate / kick boxing comp or club sparring but if your getting in the ring or play rugby it’s no good as it loosens off as it warms up in your mouth and starts to drop!

Very bad product
I bought a mouthguard for the second time at decathlon because the first one i thought i had messed up as the product would not stay on the upper tooths and was way too big for the under teeth. So i bought it for the second time to see if it would make a difference if i would exactly follow the instructions, same result! What a waste of my money , TWICE! How can you sell a product that does not do its work, even with the instruction video you can see that the product is way to big. Really dissapointed !

Very poor fit - check end of video on this page!
For the very cheap price I thought I'd try one of these for a laugh after deciding to do a bit of sparring after a long absence. Following the application instructions to the letter I'm left with at least 6mm extra plastic at the bottom below my teeth, hence not fitting at all and falling out. You can see for yourselves how very badly this mouthguard fits the model in the Decathlon video on this page, he's got more mouthguard below his teeth than actually on them, mine is exactly the same. I wouldn't waste time returning but it shall be going in the bin & I'm off to the dentists to get a proper one, that actually fits. Waste of time and money.

Which size should you choose?
S = from 3'7" to 4'7" tall (CHILDREN) M = from 4'7" to 5'7" tall L = over 5'7" tall
Directions for use
Always wear your mouthguard during training sessions and competitions. To mold your mouthguard correctly, soak it in boiling water for exactly the amount of time it says on the instructions. This time will be indicated in the instructions and may vary from model to model. Watch the video tutorial to find out how to mold your mouthguard. To guarantee good protection, your mouthguard should stay in place when you open your mouth.
Care instructions
Wash in fresh water. Leave to dry naturally before putting it back in its storage box (original box). For optimal protection, replace your mouthguard at least once per year or as soon as it starts to show signs of wear.
