Good little knife for the price, does what it says on the tin, only problem there is no lock on the knife blade unfortunately, so need to be careful while using the knife blade

Store did not allow me to open it and see. But once I purchased and used it, I found it very bad and useless

Easy to use
I lost my SOLOGNAC foldable knife on my trip so I was looking to replace the knife but saw this and liked the multifunction, but you get slimmer (thickness) blade compared to foldable or normal knife in this series.

Let me start by saying that Decathlon is the only store I feel excited about when I go to the mall. I love all the products there, specially for how nicely they are designed to be light, compact and useful. That changed with this product, as the user experience is really bad. Starting with the unpacking experience, it was made never to be taken out. I needed a different knife to cut open the package. The pouch it comes in is really tight making it hard to pack in or pull it out. It would have been handy to have a nylon ring to hold and pull out the knife from the pouch. The pouch is so tight that it takes extra effort to just pull the knife out of it. To close the lid I have to put extra pressure, making me feel like the lid was made few mm shorter. The knife have sharp edges all over it making it feel very uncomfortable. Every blade is super tight to pull out and the nail dent is as sharp as the knife. Hurting ur nail before you can open any blade. The knife is unusually heavy giving me the impression that the blades will be stronger. But I don't think I can use it for heavy duty. Knife this heavy have way lighter blade in comparison.

The knife is sharp and works as required. Decent buy.
For the price, i think the multiple tools r mostly unused if you plan to use it for camping. A foldable strong knife would be better for camping purpose. Overall, ok.

Bone saw and gutting knife are really good additions...
The decathlon sale's person was not allowing me to see what was written behind the product.. Hence I ended up buying it blindly and regret buying it.. Not many functions... Basic product.. Swiss knife offer better functions and quality than this.. Don't buy..

Sharpening

5cr15 stainless steel
Our engineers selected the 5Cr15 stainless steel on this knife for 3 reasons:- the steel is sufficiently strong to hold the wire long enough, as in cutting branches or treating venison for 2 hours.- the steel is ”soft” enough to allow easy sharpening thanks to a hardness of around 56 HRC, and to recover the wire in a few passes on a sharpening base- the steel has a good resistance to corrosion due to its chemical composition.
Transport and x-access concept
Comes in a 1680 denier polyester fabric textile case and Duraflex buckle for additional resistance. The X-Access-compatible sheath can be attached to a belt or any backpack fitted with X-Access straps.
