Good shoe also for terrain with some roughness
Excellent shoes for walking, do not wear out at the support points of the foot. I recommend this model
You really feel cramped in these shoes. Very difficult to put on because of the slipper which goes up very high on the ankle Too bad because unlike other models of the brand, the heel was firm
Not an easy shoe to put on without a shoehorn, I walk barefoot in this shoe every day on the treadmill, it is perfect for that and therefore does not need super cushioning.

I use these shoes for light jogging. I chose this type of shoe because the sole is flexible and it allows me to run with a pose on the soles of the feet before the heel and to start again on the soles of the feet. Admittedly I run less long but I secure my knees.

*what is the heel roll technology?
The Heel Roll concept is the special geometry of the sole where the rear external part of the heel is raised and rounded.Studies conducted by the Decathlon SportsLab showed that in fitness walking, when the foot hits the ground, it tilts from the back to the front and from the outside to the inside.Our design team created the HeelRoll geometry to naturally guide and stabilize this movement.

The sole is made of 3 elements:- EVA foam (white part), a lightweight material for greater comfort.- Polyurethane (orange part) for an improved cushioning durability and acceleration phase.- Rubber: Composition designed for better grip. Inspired by a car tire and the foot's natural heel-to-toe transition, this sole's rubber is perfect for getting the miles in.
