For my rhythmic gymnastics stretching it is great
Along with the videos you can find this product is an essential for any sports bag especially for targeted warm ups or strengthening muscles
I purchased it during the third lockdown as I am back into fitness more and it is the best purchase,
OK to hook around my foot and pull with arm. 88cm long before stretching so would have preferred more length as I am 190cm tall

Thing is, the band needs must be washed often due to sweat of course. Option is to buy another one for replacement not waiting for it to dry

Which band should you use?
Low resistance is suitable for beginner and intermediate users for upper body and Pilates exercises. Medium resistance is great for intermediate users as well as for lower body exercises. High resistance is ideal for advanced users looking for strength training. These bands are mainly used for lower body exercises such as squats.
