Excellent product as per requirement
Balls damage within a month. No warranty. Balls divided into two parts.

I god it busted within 20 days. Very bad quality. And the staff are very rude in nature They don't know how to talk to their costumers
I owned this ball for 7 months to use for cross training exercises performed on the grass. I purchased in Sept 2022. In April 2023, I heard a strange pop when using the ball. The ball had split at the seam. I contacted Decathlon and shared at picture of the ball broken at the seam. They informed me it was not a warranty issue since they considered it normal wear and tear. I wish I could show you the picture but this site does not have that capability. I would purchase at better constructed ball.

Which weight is right for you?
The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 3.3 lbs).
