I was looking for a not too expensive wetsuit for open water and the price for this wetsuit was great. Sizing is always a challenge since the suit is not custom made but it fits good in the bodice but long bc I am not that tall. It kept me warm in the water and that's what counts and I didn't feel constricted while swimming

I am 6ft tall and a size 14 and the biggest size available is too small. The leg and arm length were ok, but zipping up was super uncomfortable. My arms felt very restricted which seems to defeat the purpose of a swimming wetsuit. It also seems crazy to me that I will now have to try and find a men's suit that might fit.
A struggle to get on and off but well worth the effort. I lie face down on the bed to get the zip up!! It really does keep you warm swimming, although I only do 10 minutes in the sea now (December).

Lovely wetsuit. Super comfy and warm for swimming. Not too buoyant in the legs so good for breast stroke. Easy to get on and off as fairly flexible. Great wetsuit. No complaints so far and I'm on my 32nd wearing
I have no idea how effective this wetsuit is as the size seems way off. I’m usually a 14, bought a 16 and couldn’t get it over my knees.
Really easy to swim in, bright arms make you more visible in open water, true to size. Only negative is that it's slightly narrow on the shoulders. All in all a great buy.

Sice jsem si přečetla komentáře dopředu, když neopren nelze vyzkoušet v prodejně a jelikož běžně mám v Decathlonu 40 (kalhoty i 38), tak jsem brala velikost 42, tedy o číslo větší dle rad. Nicméně neoprén je malý :-/ Když jsem se podívala na cedulku, tak ta říká M-L a uvádí velikost německou 40 stejně resp. FR 42! Jen na textilním lístečku vevnitř je EU 42. Takže zítra zpět a čekat na větší. Běžně 40, ale mám široká ramena a hrudník díky létům stráveným závodním pláváním a tak jsem 40, potažmo 42 francouzskou, nezanula sama ani. Jinak se zdá být příjemný a pohodlný. Snad bdue někde větší číslo ještě na skladě, jdu do 44.

Why is it so difficult to get into a wetsuit?
Getting into a neoprene wetsuit may seem like mission impossible, especially for those who are inexperienced with such a task. Neoprene wetsuits need to have a tight fit, as this is what prevents water from getting in. If the wetsuit is too big, swimmers will be more exposed to the cold, as well as to skin irritation as the wetsuit will move over the course of their session.*see our fitting advice for wetsuits!
What if you feel the muscular effort differently when wearing a neoprene wetsuit? is this normal?
If you’re enjoying your 1st open-water sessions with a wetsuit, it's completely normal to feel it more or differently in your muscles. This is because the sleeves offer added flotation for your arms, and so you have to use “extra” strength to plunge your arm into the water. This feeling will ease off and disappear after a few sessions.
