My phone does not fit. None of my friends phones fit .

I'm really sorry that this size of waterproof case doesn't fit your phone.
We do sell two sizes depending on the phone you are using. You've purchased the small version (Width: 3.5" Height: 7.1" Thickness: 0.33" written in the product description).
For what I understand, you'll need to take the Large version that you can find here

If you plan on using this, please ensure that the items inside aren't of value. I recently went paddleboarding in which I had my iPhone 11 inside thinking that it would be safe. I fell into the water in which when I got up, I immediately noticed that the bag had detached from the necklace in which I was only left with the string and grey plastic. In summary, it's only good if you're planning to use this product in somewhere you can have direct access and vision to if it detaches. I'm really disappointed in this product.

In regular use for over a year as a professional sea kayak guide. By far one of the best value cases I have found.
Great product, does what it says on the tin. Just be careful of sizing - neither my 6inch android or iPhone XR fit into it, so this is only for small phones.
Not recommended as it is very small.

It’s a nice waterproof phone pouch. I use it for my iPhone 6s and I check it it rains too. I use the pouch it waterproof and even can operate your phone because the touch work even it is in pouch.so nice product you can go for it..

Lasts well at the beach and in the shallow sea. It is very small so make sure you measure your phone. The waterproof lock works well and didn't have any issues at the beach. Touch screen still works well. Good product

Slide the clip. Unfold the film. Insert the telephone by pulling apart the sides. Refold the film. Carefully replace the clip all the way to the end. Check the pouch's water resistance regularly using a paper towel.
