I have always struggled with keeping my neck in position when doing sit ups or crunches... This really helps. Felt a bit strange at first but perseverance has paid off

Excellent suppoort. Easy to grip and use.
The strip of the headrest is not strong it got broke, and over it there is no 2,year warranty on the product and hence replacement not done.

It's very useful for doing crunches and cross kick workout, great built quality but felt little bit pricy side.
Ergonomic design helps in holding the neck in neutral position while doing abdominal strengthening exercises.
Good for crunches. Nice innovation from Decathlon.

A lot of people have told us that the first thing that makes them stop a set of crunches is the pain they feel in their neck. Based on this, we wanted to find the most effective way of optimizing your posture during your abs workout. We carried out studies on about 30 people during the test phase. The challenge was to create an ergonomic, comfortable product that reduces neck pain by 50% during crunches.

What exercises can you do?
Before use, ensure you check with your doctor and get their approval for sports. Strengthening abs through sit-up exercises requires prior work on the deep core muscles. For sit-up exercises, lengthen your back, flex your legs at 90° to secure your back and don't cross your hands behind your head. The shape and handles of the Abs Exerciser 100 help soothe the neck
