Very good quality
I use it mainly for Pilates but it is also excellent for stretching and massaging the back and muscles.
Very good for exercises against back pain and many other things. Very good value for money from Decathlon!

Sufficiently long foam roller that you can lie on with your whole back, which is great for stretching out the back for cyclists. Also good to massage muscles with.
I bought the rollerball for a not exactly cheap price (€39) and I hoped it would be efficient. Unfortunately it is too light, unstable for any pilates exercise. In class I normally use a decidedly "fuller" and more stable roller. I only use it for cervicals but it's just limited.

Why use this pilates roller?
There are various ways of using this roller to vary and intensify your Pilates exercises. For example, you can lie down on it, balancing on the centre of it to work your deep core muscles. Place it under your hands to make your planks harder. Finally, place your feet on it during hip raises to add instability and work your transverse abdominal muscle harder.
How to choose your foam roller
Our two rollers are made of the same high-density foam and guarantee the same durability.If you want to throw your foam roller in your bag to take to your next Pilates class, the small roller (38 cm long and 13 cm in diameter) is perfect. The large size (90 cm long and 15 cm diameter) can be used to do even more exercises, and the longer length provides more support along the spine.

To guarantee the quality of our foam roller, we run a battery of tests (particularly on the ability of the foam to not flatten over time). You should also know that it was made with materials certified as being free from harmful substances.
