Very comfortable for daily use
Not enough words to express how good this work out elastiband is. I work out at a gym regularly, and sometimes I cannot get there, I have a small homegym with a barbell, dumbell pair, and resistance tube. Among all of them, I like this one the most. It's got just enough resistance to be able to give you a super workout, but not so much that it feels impossible. it's got four loops that make this a killer deal to do a full body toning workout. What can you do ? Cable Presses, Curls, Pulls, Flyes, Rows, Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, raises, hinges ,Abduction, Adduction muscle movements, Saggital, transverse and frontal planes of movement. Just look for the kind of exercises you want to do and use the band. I showed it to my gym instructors, they demo'ed it and fell in love with it, I made my kids do it and they loved it too. Just get it and use it, and your body will thank you for it.
Sûrement Plein de possibilités mais où trouver les exercices, tutos... Si quelqu'un sait, cela me fera de 2 à 5 étoiles !

Il y a des videos pour les elastiques dd base. Je croyais triuver un mode d emplou... En fait rien. C est un gadget inutile....

Je m'en sers pratiquement tous les jours, attention à l'élastique central celui qui tient les 4,il a lâché au bout d'une semaine.... Sinon excellent.
