It is a very durable and damage-resistant cap. It is used for daily training and lasts a very long time (this is my next purchase). At first it may be too small, but in the water it adapts to the swimmer's head quite quickly (a few training sessions). Ultimately, you can stretch it slightly by stretching it over a large jar or pot, for example, but in this case there is a risk of overdoing it.
