This is great to bring to the park! I can watch my kid run around while staying in the shade. It's very easy to set up, to put away, and to carry around.
Extremely easy to put up & take down. Light & easy to carry. Very good product. Nice size, but the others that decathlon do maybe better value for money.
Quality isn't quite there like the older Decathlon products but it is very good.
Easy to use light compact easy to open and fold away also very thoughtful product as it has the ability to be held down with sand can't wait to bring it to the beach as we have used it in the park and garden so far !!!
I love the beach shelter. I have been trying to get one for a couple of years but was looking at the wrong time of year so they wre always out of stock, but managed to get it right this time. lol. However it was wrapped so tightly in black plastic i had to use scissors to ooen it and consequently cut the carrying strap and nicked the carrying bag. I have managed to repair both but suggest that the packaging is reviewed.

User friendly, easy to open and close. But the coverage bag is not good, it is easily torn a nd it has already a few scratches.

easy open & close, light weight, i used at the beach , need to find a rock to step on a sand bag , if not would fly away

Dimensions.
Height: Width: 43.3”: Depth: 70.9”: 31.5”. The Iwiko sun shelter can be stored in its parasol bag (included). Bag dimensions: 44.1” x 9.4”.This beach tent can shelter up to 3 adults.
Staying safe when in the sun.
Although this sun shade provides protection from the sun, phenomena such as reflections (from the water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, etc., must be taken into account. The use of this shelter does not exempt the user from following proper precautions: wear a UV protection T-shirt, wear sunglasses, wear a hat or cap, regularly apply an appropriate sunblock, drink regularly, etc.
Opens and closes in a single step.
Instant opening and closing system. The shelter opens by pulling the ring at the back and closes in 1 movement, by pushing the closure button.
Resistance to the wind.
The Iwiko beach shelter can be secured to the ground in 2 ways: 1) Pegs allow it to be fixed into the sand or into ground 2) Sand pockets provide good hold without the use of pegs. It also comes with stays.In winds above 18 mph, do not use this shelter as it could fly away.
Drying towels / uv tops / wetsuits.
The string that is used to open the shelter can be maintained in a horizontal position with a rip-tab strip. This can be used to attach your belongings to dry them.
Product testing
Designed and tested by our teams in Hendaye, France. The Decathlon Research & Development team conducted measurements in real-life conditions to test to the performance and UV protection of this product.
