These kinesio tapes are convenient and easy to use. It's great that these tapes can be cut into thinner or smaller pieces for versatility in taping certain areas and get more bang out of your buck.

Yo no las uso para sujección articular sino para proteger un sensor que llevo en el brazo e impedir que se pueda despegar y caer. Dicho esto, para mí son prácticos y vienen ya cortados aunque a mi con cada tira me vale para 3 usos. Con la ducha y el calor empiezan a despegarse un poco pero me duran 10-12 días en su sitio. La relación calidad precio es buena pero sería mejor en rollo aunque para lo que yo lo necesito me duraría muchísimo tiempo.
