Completely disappointed with the product and the brand. I bought this mattress at the Decathlon Store on Surrey Quays, and for the third time I will have to replace it, as it “exploded” in the part of what appears to be a seam or seam, all exchanges made for the same problem….

The mattress keeps deflating constantly, no repair kit for punctures present!!!!
This air bag has some funny sound when the body moves.

Ich habe mir diese Luftmatratze für ein Festival gekauft und wollte darauf schlafen. Habe sie im Zelt ausgepackt und mit der Luftpumpe aufgeblasen. Erst sah alles gut aus aber nur wenige Stunden später als ich mich schlafen legen wollte war sie schon komplett leer. Erst dachte ich, ich hätte das Ventil nicht richtig geschlossen, aber wie ich dann später feststellte, war das Ventil korrekt geschlossen und die Luftmatratze war an den Nähten undicht und verlor daher die Luft. Absolut unbrauchbar

Wir haben die Matratze im Juli 2021 gekauft und 2 Wochen genutzt. In unserem diesjährigen Urlaub haben sich mehrere Querstege mitten in der Nacht aufgelöst, so dass wir auf dicken Wülsten schlafen mussten. Da wir in Frankreich keine entsprechende Matratze, die in unsere Schlafkabine passte, bekommen konnten, war die Schlafqualität dahin. Ein klarer Garantiefall, doch der Mitarbeiter bei Decathlon, wo wir zur Reklamation waren, hat die kaputte Matratze, ohne sie anzuschauen, entgegengenommen, sagte, er würde sie einschicken und sprach von ggf. anfallenden Reparaturkosten. Ich fühle mich als langjährige Decathlon-Kundin verschaukelt, denn die Matratze ist offensichtlich nicht reparabel. Ein Produkt, dass noch nicht einmal vier Wochen Nutzung aushält, möchte ich nicht haben und möchte mein Geld zurück. Es steht zwar "2 Jahre Garantie" drauf, aber wenn man dann kommt und reklamiert, hat man das Nachsehen.

Erster Eindruck ist ganz gut, Haltbarkeit wird sich rausstellen.
Die Matratze riecht extrem stark nach Weichmachern, deshalb geht sie direkt wieder zurück.

Der Geruch nach Weichmachern verschwindet nach etwas Zeit von selbst.

Inflation and comfort
The ideal inflation for this kind of mattress is generally moderate (0.02 bar or 0.3 PSI), which, when you are sitting on the mattress, allows you to feel the ground under you. Once you lie down, the mattress will fit around your body and therefore provide the best comfort. We recommend using a pump type: Quechua 5.2 L red (8243066), which is our most efficient and leading model.
Mattress size inflated
The length indicated is guaranteed within a range of +/-10% depending on the pressure to which the mattress is inflated.
Repair
An inflatable mattress is not puncture-proof but it can be repaired! A repair patch is included with your mattress in its cover or box depending on your model. You can also use the repair kit ref: 8640350. This gives the inflatable mattress the same properties and performance, while minimizing its carbon footprint.
