Does the job it says it'll do
Tried keeping some ice cubes that were packed in polythene into this bag. In just 15 minutes the ice had melted and there was water from the melted ice in this bag.

From your review, we could understand that you have faced some issues with the insulation of this coolbox and we would like your help by telling us that did you tried this with the icepacks or ice cubes? Also, to help you we would like to share some information with you about the usage of the ice cubes, this coolbox is supposed to be used with the ice packs and they have a gel inside and they keep the cooling effect for much longer and have less condensation on outside thus, saving the bag from getting wet which is the case if we use ice cubes in this backpack.

Nice product
It's compact yet a little effective on keeping the food cold for hours
The product is quite useful, particularly when playing matches in hot sun
Keeps frozen and chilled products well and for a longer time than other cooler bags. It is versatile and doubles both as a backpack and cooler bag in one and easy to carry. Furthermore the side compartments are useful. Am very satisfied with it and will probably get the larger backpack as well.

Volume: 10 liters (610.2 in³). Inside, you will find a system to keep your bottles standing during transport and on a zipped pocket on the hat. On the outside, you'll find a zipped pocket, separate from the cooler, so you can keep your belongings dry and stop them from coming into contact with food in the cooler (wallet, keys, map, camera, etc.). The bag also has 1 outer mesh pocket.

Waterproofing
Caution: This backpack is not waterproof inside. The bottom of this backpack doesn't hold in water. Sometimes condensation is created inside the bag and some drops of water may seep through the seams. Don’t worry, this rarely happens and won't damage your food.
How to use
To keep your food cold for longer, you can add ice packs to your bag. When packing your bag, we recommend that you put the food that needs to stay cold together at the bottom of the bag. Finally, to increase the thermal performance of your cooler bag, we recommend that you only open it when you need and close it quickly.
How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: We fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in liters.
Eco-design
We have designed this backpack with 2 processes that reduce our environmental impact. The "Dope Dyed" process on the outside: Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the color pigments when the thread itself is produced. The "Greige" process on the inside: The fabric is not tinted. The color is raw.

Product testing
The European standard EN 12546-2 certifies the performance of the cooler backpack without ice packs. To obtain this Standard, tests are carried out by an external laboratory. These tests consist in placing water at a temperature of 41°F into the cooler, which itself is placed in an environment of 90°F. The point is to then measure the time the water takes to reach a temperature of 59°F. The measured time for this backpack was 5 hours.
