RC500 Windshield, Long Sleeve Cycling Jersey

I have worn this on 5 rides now with temperatures from 3-12 degrees, each time with a long-sleeve baselayer underneath. I would say the optimal temperature for this jersey is on the lower end of that range, as I was boiling hot on the 12 degree ride, and I'm not someone who "runs hot" Fit is spot on for me, I got large as a 6'6" man of 78kg. The sleeves are long enough even though I am long in the limb and the length of the jersey is good depite me being very tall. Windproofing of the body works well and the 'roubaix' brushed fleecy inner surface of the arms is warm too. I really like the chest pocket and the little meshy side pockets on this jersey which are great for small sets of keys, empty wrappers etc. The ones at the back are a tiny bit low and I think if I were to properly load them up then it might sag a little. So far has washed fine despite a load of road spray up the back. One other little niggle is that there are little loops of fabric through the zips that keep coming off when the jersey is in the wash. As the zips are quite small this might make adjusting the zip awkward when wearing gloves if they get lost.

I’m very satisfied.

Another great item for shoulder season riding, can’t comment to much on overal performance yet as haven’t had the chance to test it over a long enough time period. Very pleased with quality of item and at a great price point.

Grabbed this bargain. Feels super warm around the chest and has the right reduced insulation on the arms. I did think the back pockets were a tad small but hell who really cares!

As a 4ft 11" size 10-12 female, I find it amazing that the only jacket to fit me is a men's XL. Why is cycling clothing made so small? I get that it has to be fitting, but I like this jacket, but as the only item to fit me properly in the entire cycling department I wish I could have got something more feminine. At least it's not blue. As a windproof jacket, it was ideal for cycling the Hebridean Way which is the windiest possible place on earth. I really like the cuff edges and length of jacket to keep out the elements. Pockets are ideal and I like the ombre colour fading style.

The picture/my monitor/screen/phone make it look blue. It's very much green and the shiny front. Other reviewers call it a jacket - it's not, it's a jersey so is close fitting which is good. Length was perfect for me - arms, front is shorter than back.

Fits reasonably well - a bit long in the body. But all cycling jerseys seem to be made for tall thin people. Plenty of pockets, - make sure the zip end is properly engaged before doing up.

The jacket is well made but the arms are too small/tight. I don't have larger than normal arms but this jacket is tight on my arms. It is not possible to wear anything much under the jacket reducing its usability.

A good quality item for it`s price, I see it as like the skoda of cycling goods, see past the name and it`s good. Size wise went for xl for a comfortable not too tight fit at 72kg 40" chest at 5ft 7, this allows for addition of base layer(s) for when temperature drops. like the fact it has a large zip pocket that will take a large smartphone, and sturdy rear pockets for snacks,tubes,mini pump etc, the small one are also zipped for those prone to losing keys,money etc. If you value function and practically this will do the job just fine.
