Great small items which can be used and stashed away. Feel really good on your feet after a long day too.
Fit for purpose and will last for years
Was looking for something use for working on my balance to help with paddleboard standing. These are perfect and more suited to me than a balance board.
As soon as I get out of bed I use these brilliant little prickly domes to energise the reflex points on the soles of my feet. I immediately feel the benefit in my whole body!
These feet mobility stations are very good not only for balance training but to increase the proprioception.
