Product Customer Reviews

I have had these shoes for approximately a year and they are already falling apart. The quality of the material is poor and the velcro straps do not stay attached to the shoe. The shoes are reasonably comfortable but have been held together with tape and staples for the last month.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Very helpful staff as these are the first cycling shoes I have bought. Only cycle around 50 miles a week (at the moment!) so looking for a reasonably priced shoe. These tick all the boxes. First time out I had a problem 'clicking' on the new cleat but after a minor adjustment everything is now fine.
Fit comfortable and am getting familiar to wearing them, they are a very good shoe for the price which is reasonable
I've used these for 3 months with SPD SL pedals. When I ride more than 20-30 minutes, my toes go numb. They are correctly sized shoes, and I do not overtighten them. A bit of internet investigation suggested that I move the cleats further back to just behind the ball of my foot. If the cleats are too far forward, they can cause too much pressure just in front of the ball of the foot, causing numbness. The problem is, there is no more adjustment possible as the cleats are as far back as they can go and the pedal axle is still in front of the ball of my foot. I don't think my feet are much different than the average foot so this is pretty poor for a cycling shoe that states compatibility with SPD SL. I am now going to have to replace the shoes as I cannot use them for anything longer than a commute.
I can wholeheartedly sympathise with you. Numb feet can be very uncomfortable. Whilst it is true that moving the cleat back could help in some cases, it is also true that in doing so, you can alter your position on the bike thus making the pedal stroke less effective. Have you tried adjusting the angle of the cleat? This may help and I think that this film made by Cycling Weekly covers the main points very well: http://www.cyclingweekly.com/videos/bike-fit-and-maintenance/cleats-explained-how-to-set-them-up-cor... . Following any adjustment, it will be necessary to address your position on the bike (saddle height/reach). It may also be the case that this shoe simply does not suit your feet.
Either way, if the shoe is not the right one for you, please feel free to return them to us with you receipt.

I've been using these pair since April and they haven't let me down once. I will admit that the size seemed a bit too big for my comfort, which would result in a loss of power, sadly. They're definitely great if you want to get into road cycling and wanted to buy something if you're at a beginner-to-intermediate level. I'm a bit picky when it comes to grip and these velcro straps aren't the best out there, but that's just based on my opinion. Other than that, I definitely recommend these shoes!
These are my first pair of cycling shoes. I don't have any issues with them comfort wise. So i can't fault them.
Good sole, it's fine and stable and the shoe overall has good comfort and ventilation. Check the size thought they are very narrow. I am usually a 9 but purchased a 10 which fits well.
I have been using these shoes for a while now and whenever I go for a bike these shoes cause me discomfort. I think these shoes are built well and will last but they make my toes go numb after about 20 miles which is dreadful if you want to go on big club rides or sportives. If your going to buy some cycling shoes I would recommend paying more for pulleys as I even tried adding some premium insoles into these shoes but they did nothing.
If your shoes are not comfortable, please return them to us. It can be very uncomfortable if the shoe does not suit a riders foot.
Many elements can cause discomfort and in reality it can be a very personal thing. In my case I have used these same shoes on rides in excess of 100 miles with no ill effect.
As I said, please return them to us. It won't be a painful process (unlike the shoes).

I would thoroughly recommend these pedals to those wanting to start using clip-in pedals. I've been commuting almost everyday for the past 6 weeks 11 miles everyday and these shoes coupled with the 500 pedals have made getting there and back a breeze. I don't know how I went without them for 6 months! The staff at the store even fitted the pedals and cleats to the bottom of the shoes (cleats provided with purchase) so I didn't have to do any of the fitting. All in all they are comfortable on long rides (1-3+ hours) and still look brand new after using shoe covers all winter. They're fairly quick to get used to, as clipping-in and out is easier than it sounds!
Being a size 10.5 UK size i naturally ordered this size. Even though through lack of choice i normally buy size 11 normal shoes. However they were way too small for me. I then went through the exchange procedure, which was very easy, and swapped them for a size 11. When i first tried on the size 11 i thought no way could i use them as they felt quite tight across the toe area. As this was the biggest size available in this style i thought i would persevere and see if they gave a little. To be honest i have now wore them quite a few times and although they have gave a little and they are still a close fit they feel good. To the point that if you don't think about them then you don't know you are wearing them. As they are my 1st pair of cycling shoes i don't know how tight they should be anyway.
Good value for the price also good for Road Cycling and comfort ideal for First time cycling shoes.
Good value for your money
