Loyal Decathlon customer and overall big fan of your products, I would like to share my opinion on this high-end product at €99 from which I expected much more. Purchased at the end of May 2023 and worn for around 1000km, here is my assessment: POSITIVE - Real second skin effect - Very comfortable straps - New Racer Pro skin for extreme comfort NEGATIVE - The shorts are constantly riding up because the grip is not sufficient at the level of the bottom of the shorts - The seam has completely failed at the left leg. Design flaw? Looking forward to exchanging it or being able to bring it back to the store for an exchange.
Good comfort
Hello, a big fan of Decathlon products in general. I am really disappointed with these shorts. - Cracked seam at the back at the end of an outing - unstitched left leg seam - friction on the skin with the seams - not comfortable at the level of the shorts at the front The interest of these shorts for me was to make trips by bike so with a minimum of 7 hours of cycling but I'm not good at it. Objectively speaking, however, the material really feels like a second skin, the reinforcement is really comfortable even on long outings. I wondered about the size. I'm between S and M and I took a size M. Should I have taken a size larger, I don't think. In terms of use I have used it 7-8 times but each time on long outings and not mountain biking. I would be happy to exchange it or be able to bring it back to the store for an exchange.
intensive, even very intensive use: from 7 hours — up to 24 hours of pedaling; long to very long outings: minimum 130-150 km — up to 380 km per outing; 3300 km in 3 weeks in August: (almost) daily washing, one week of rain, two weeks of heat (35-40°C), the shorts held up "the shock" and remain perfect. we still end up having a pain in the ass ;-)
The shorts are comfortable, the seams discreet, the skin wide and thin... but the inner seam of the left thigh came unstitched after a few thousand kilometers (maybe 3000) during a bike trip. The product is no longer for sale, is this the main reason?

Very pleasant and flexible material, maximum comfort. Satisfaction
I find the pro racer shorts less good in terms of maintenance and chamois than the rcr shorts which are much cheaper. The rcr shorts at 70 euros are for me the best. Size L for 183cm weight 76 kg flush
Product tested on outings up to 6 hours. I am very satisfied with it, as comfortable as other brands for a competitive price. Only downside: the legs are slightly too short.
I bought size L shorts, the only size available in the store, quickly disappointed on the first 3-hour outing because the size was too big for my morphology, causing irritation to the crotch Exchange refused because I had used it, disappointed with the reaction as a loyal customer I was hoping for at least a discount on the purchase of size M suddenly I gave up and turned to the competition, too bad because the product seems technically interesting
Very disappointing quality compared to the purchase price
very good shorts in general but the seams between the thighs have come loose very fragile it's never done to me even with my old van rysel shorts I'm afraid you'll tear it off and that I'll end up with a more usable short.
Very comfortable, no overheating and well ventilated.
First outing, one hour RAS. Second outing this morning, the seams on the inside of the thighs are hurtful after drinking two hours.. Lamentable for a product of this price.
if they were two centimeters longer, they would be perfect insole, super comfortable for me, super quality materials used
