Van Rysel 900, Thermal Winter Road Cycling Jacket, Men's

Bought last years model of this jacket and although I was initially impressed with the value for money, after only 3 or 4 wears the zip has recently torn off in a normal wash cycle.

I have last years blue jacket and used it last winter and like it so much so have bought this years new black colour. This jacket or jersey whatever you call it is an excellent piece of kit. It enables me to get out in the winter and stay warm and that is worth a lot. Fit wise I am 59 and fairly serious cyclist have a size large am 6 foot 2. 34" waist long arms and slim build and jersey fits snug but not tight or restrictive. It is made of a nice stretchy fleece material has a built in liner hood which seems gimmicky but try it and you soon realise that it works a treat . The back length is nice and long and splash proof. thre's a waterproof phone pocket,pump loop pocket etc and the jersey neck is comfortable. All in all I have many top brand clothes but this is the one I reach for if the weather is inclement.

This is a useful, attractive and well priced jacket with the integrated balaclava/waistcoat. The arms are long and are a neat fit. The chest too fits well. The back is curiously short making the rather small pockets rather high on the back, but hey tights are always very high, so no real problem. Good thermal/wind blocking qualities. I live in northern Scotland and it is great for from +4 down .....and down...and down.

It kept me warm and chilly for 3 hours in the chilly Chilterns. I did a 3 hour ride on a cold foggy December day and it kept me toasty and dry. The pockets are nice and deep to keep phone, keys etc safe.

I would not normally want to spend this much money, but thought I would see what you get for your money. I have not been disappointed. I feel (and hope I look!) like a 'proper' cyclist wearing this. Its bright, and had excellent reflective shoulders, so I feel visible without wearing hivis yellow. It keeps me warm with just an Aerofit base layer, on chilly days, and on colder days I attach the inner jacket, which adds another layer, with the option of the built in balaclava if its really freezing.

Bundu mám cca 2 měsíce a jsem z ní nadšený. Na bundě se mi líbí že je užší a má dostatečně dlouhé rukávy. Materiál je prodyšný a zároveň hřejivý, je přesně taková jakou jsem na zimní vyjíždky chtěl. Dále bych pak vyzdvihl to že bunda má jakousi vnitřní vestičku s kapucí. Ta se hodí když je venku opravdu zima, pod přilbou je kapuce příjemná a na hrudník člověk neprofoukne.

Tolle Jacke! Mit tollem Einsatz und Mundschutz ist die Jacke auch für wirklich kalte Temperaturen das Richtige. Alle Taschen sind gut erreichbar - auch mit dicken Handschuhe!

Großartige Jacke für den Winter. Die Option für extra kalte Tage mit Sturmhaube ist super. Hält auch leichten Regen ab. Wäre sie noch Wasserdicht, würde es dir perfekte Jacke sein. Verstehe nicht warum sie aus dem Programm genommen wurde.

Wärmt gut. Einfach super für die kalten Monate.
