I've used a number of value base layers from some of the bigger name brands, and this delivers just as much warmth and comfort at roughly 1/5 of the price. I've used this underneath a winter cycling jacket in temperatures down to around 0 degrees (mid thirties F) and been kept comfortable, warm and dry in it. Decathlon outdoor kit punches well above its weight.
If you’re tall, it will be too short. But it does it’s job

6'6" 70kg and XL fits really well, surprised the arm length is actually perfect which is usually a struggle. Does the job well, not designed for deep winter use but perfect for autumn /spring

This 100 fast-drying, cycling base layer, made out of soft fabric, keeps you warm and comfortable during occasional rides.
Product warmth
This is a product's ability to protect from the cold. It depends on the material's thermal resistance and how much air can pass through it. The higher its thermal resistance, the more the product retains the heat produced by the body while cycling.
Care tips
Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the article inside out. Do not use fabric softener. Line-dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
