Purchased 2 pairs of football (soccer in north america) also this summer. They are good. But like the rugby shorts will see how long they last and products today are made not to last as long as in past.

My son says they’re the best thing, especially with the pockets. He has the shorts without pockets to play rugby in but is living in these when not playing.
Although they're not thick cotton, they feel great, the legs aren't massive like some and they're the perfect length like my cotton KooGa shorts
