Very good front and rear cushioning sole, excellent for those with flat feet, avoids getting too tired quickly.

To have tested them walking in Paris to visit the museums, I put them in walking shoes and a discomfort in the middle of the sole at the edges. It lacks comfort and welcome. However, I am a good customer and never have any problems.
Because running shoes have been washed many times. It causes the insole in the shoe to deteriorate. I started running and my ankles and knees hurt. Bought this insole to use and my ankle and knee pain disappeared. You can continue using old shoes for a long time.
