The insole is added to tennis shoes, and the shock-absorbing effect is more obvious. It may be that the material is relatively hard for the first time. The situation needs to continue to be tested to be sure.
A great product. I think Decath should recommend shoes too that would go well with it. Normally, the shoes feel tighter.
