Product Customer Reviews

These shoes prove that you don’t have to spend a lot to get a good product.
These shoes are very comfortable but they are very noisy when walking/running.
Comfortable enough but they do feel a bit “cheap” compared to some other brand names. Maybe because I didn’t find them as supportive. But quality seems ok for the price.

Good arch support and heel drop. Very bouncy and comfortable. I’ve wide feet at the base of my toes so they were a little tight to begin with but have soon loosened up. So far so good after a few weeks wear
I'm injury prone and the sole is very cushioned which helped a lot. The mesh in the toe area caused a nasty blister - a preventer stick prevented it coming back but use caution if you have sensitive skin. Otherwise impressive value for money and ideal if you're a new runner and are wary about buying expensive.
I've only worn these for very gentle, short runs. By the fourth time the support seems to have collapsed and I got blisters around my ankle and pains shooting up my calves. Not good for less than four hours of wear.
Nice looking shoes (bought the pastel ones) but too narrow, top is paper thin and the elasticated tong make it difficult to wear. Bought a size 8 which feels like 7.5.
Seemed nice and comfortable to start with but after only a few runs has quickly become not suitable resulted in bruised and irritated feet even after very short (3km) runs
Fits great, comfy
2nd pair of kalenji trainers I’ve had, the first were great and these seem great too, comfy, good support, well made, very happy
First time I've bought these, I am getting back into running after a stretch of not doing much. Great fit, great comfort, perfect for my needs. Plus, excellent service from Decathlon, again!!
Good comfortable running trainer
As described. Good fit

How are the run comfort shoes specially designed for running?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately 3 times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers, but this puts a lot of pressure on them. We have designed the DECATHLON RUN COMFORT running shoe to protect you from shocks and impacts.
How do we guarantee great cushioning in run comfort running shoes?
The cushioning in DECATHLON RUN COMFORT running shoes is provided by a sole made of exclusive, flexible, and soft EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) foam that we have dubbed KALENSOLE, along with the ”Circular System” technology: An air hole in the foam at the heel enables more effective and uniform dispersion of the shock wave.
Why is it important to have good support?
When you run, your foot must be supported for a number of reasons: preventing friction, irritation, and blisters.
How to choose the right size of running shoe
In order to ensure optimum comfort with your RUN COMFORT shoes, choose a size bigger than your usual size. There should be 0.4” between your toe and the end of your shoe as your feet will swell during exercise.
What is the drop on a run comfort running shoe?
”Drop” is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. There is a 10 mm height difference between the front and back of the sole.
Shoe weight
8.5 oz in size 8
Product testing
The RUN COMFORT shoe has undergone laboratory and field tests in accordance with a set protocol, as well as long-term trials to provide you with a reliable, approved, and tested product.Comfort was the word used most often during the field tests. Tests conducted by a panel of female runners.
