I think this spikes is one of the best spikes in this price range in market. I'll recommend to all beginners athletes and those who are looking for budget spikes.
Bought these for my son for track and cross country Shoes are fine but the spikes are not a standard fit so can only get from decathlon. To make matters worse only available in store . 35 miles each way for £2.50 purchase ! To make matters worse they only have the short spikes in stock and the longer ones needed for x country have been out of stock for months with no date know for arrival. I will probably have to buy another pair of Nike or ASICS for the x country season. Poor from decathlon
Im an experienced runner but have been only running on track for aboit a year. These spikes are a great and cost effective solution to me trying my first pair of spikes. I should add that they are unlike most running trainers as they have little cushioning. I've been running with very minimal cushioning for years so I needed little adjusyment. A newbie to track spikes might find that their calves or heels will take a bashing.

Nunca pensé que fuese tan sencillo desde colocar tú mismo los clavos en la zapatilla como el correr con ellas por una pista de atletismo. Muy buena transición de zapatillas sin clavos a zapatillas con clavos.
Cómodas zapatillas de clavos para pista para las pruebas de 60 metros lisos y salto de longitud, que ha probado mi hijo, el sábado día 3 de febrero y también el sábado anterior.La única pega es que molestan en el talón por tener la parte de la amortiguacion algo dura. Por lo demás, se adapta muy bien al pie.
