Brought for disabled friend when exercising so she does not loose water bottle
It's quite handy for long runs .. but there is a lot of bounce and movement ... Needs some improvement on that front
Very light weight and easy to carry around
Easy to carry water as compared to other waist belt type products. No impact on running form and fully comfortable. So far I had tried 3 waist belts and this is much more comfortable as compared to them

Ich trage beim Laufen regelmäßig damit meine Flasche auf dem Rücken. Nach einer Stunde laufen verspannt sich bei mir der Nacken etwas durch die einseitige Belastung. Besser als in der Hand tragen ist es allemal. Leider passt der Autoschlüssel nirgends mir rein. Ich nutze es mit einer 700ml Flasche.
Un sistema muy practico para llevar el agua sin que sea un estorbo. Es com un camelbak muy económico.

pas si pratique que cela pour une course de longue durée; la bandoulière gène trop et le réglage de la ceinture gagnerai à être avec des scratches plutôt que des attaches plastiques clipsées.
un bon article mais la sangle a tendance à frotter et irriter la peau d'autant que ce gende d'article se porte plutot l'ete donc quand les maillots sont les plus legers

Je l'ai achete pour un trail de 65km, une des boucles s'est malheureusement detachee, je l'ai perdue et le sac est inutilisable.
