Bit of a squeeze to fit on but a good tight fit that provides excellent compression support and r3lief. Need to measure calf befor3 purchasing to ensure correct sizing.

Great support up through the lower leg. Not too thick. I use them in a desert climate.
I’ve only worn these socks twice, both times the bottoms of my feet have been sore during the run and I’ve had huge blisters on the base of my feet afterwards. £20.00 for a pair of socks is steep to say the least but given the discomfort they’ve caused I’d say it was £20.00 wasted... Very disappointed is an understatement - I won’t be wearing them again.
Went for a run in these and they are OK-ish. I guess they do what it says on a tin, but, be aware, they are quite short. Foot size is ok, I ordered correct shoe size and no complaints there. Measured calf size, and that part fits too. However, if you are tall (as I am, 194cm), socks sit quite low and not very comfy. Somebody shorter would probably find them ok.

I feel it might not be as efficient (on muscle support) as the leg sleeve calf support (Aonijie E4068) which I bought earlier, but should still works. Surely it is far better (on breathability and simplicity) than wearing individual leg sleeve + long hiking shock in hot days. :-)

We conducted a study into the effects of compression when running. This study proves that wearing compression socks:1 - improves blood flow by 47% which increases oxygen levels in the muscles,2 - reduces vibration in tissues, which in turn reduces muscle damage,3 - improves biochemical parameters for running.As a result, wearing compression socks improves running performance.
During exertion
Compression using this sock is useful during exertion. This sock is not suited to recovery.
How to select your size
For superior performance, take various precise measurements of your biggest calf and select the matching sock size.size - calf circumference: 11.8”/13.4”size - calf circumference: 13.4”/15”size - calf circumference: 15”/16.5”
How to slide on the sock
Roll your sock down to the heel.Gently slide your sock onto your foot and check that the heel is in position.Using both hands, stretch your sock out to the side to get it over your ankle and roll it carefully up the leg and then check that the heel is properly in position.Adjust the sock so it's just below the knee, and ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf, with no folds along the leg.
