Very good for the back and neck

Works better than I thought it would. Now I use it very often. So light it’s easy to carry around with you. Glad I got it!
This is a disappointing buy. The ball is kind of too small and not hard enough. Doesn't offer much release to adding muscles.

Good but a little softer than a pet shop rubber ball. it has a useful pointed end for massage where knotted muscles are within reach.
Material too soft to be used for releasing muscle knots. Waste of money.

It is recommended to use it for a light massage. It is not advised to use it for an intense massage.We have several other massagers which could be used for intense massage. Es un ejemplo de cómo las buenas ideas, luego no lo son tanto a la hora de llevarlas a la práctica.En principio es fácil de usar y colocar siempre que su uso sea estático. Pero la cosa se vuelve más difícil cuando uno empieza a moverse para que las pelotas rueden por la espalda.Sólo lo recomendaria para uso estatico.

Si te resultaron muy duras puedes probar la nueva pelota de masaje que vibra, dichas vibraciones disminuyes la tensión muscular y el dolor al presionar la zona a tratar.

Eccelente producto
Para mi problema de contracturas me va genial. lo recomiendo, pongo cuatro estrellas, el material de fabricación parece endeble, no sé lo que va a aguantar, si pasa el año pondré 5 estrellas.

You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
